Terms And Conditions:

 

  1. The Prize Draw begins on November 27, 2023 at 09:00:00 a.m. Central European Time (“CET”) and ends on December 3, 2023  at 11:59:59 p.m. CET (the “Prize Draw Period”).
  2. How To Participate:
    1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must visit the Christmas Game 2023 landing page at https://contest.victorinox.com/zh/holiday-game/ and complete the entry form in full and completed the quiz. Participants will be required to provide a valid email address, select their country of residence and confirm that they are over eighteen (18) years of age, signify their unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and confirm their entry.
    2. By answering the psychological test game, participants will have to enter their emails/phone number to participate, which we then use to pick a random winner. Winner will get a free gift.
    3. All entries to the campaign must be received by the Organisers during the Entry Period. All entries received outside the Entry Period will be automatically disqualified.
    4. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and multiple or joint entries are not permitted.
    5. Entries are excluded from participation in the Prize Draw if they are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties; (c) illegible, modified, falsified or altered; and/or (d) incomplete. Entries must not be made by one (1) person using multiple email addresses, social media accounts or identities.
    6. The Organisers cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Prize Draw landing page and are not responsible for any disruption to the Prize Draw or the Prize Draw landing page due to technical problems or events beyond their control. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt of an entry.
  3. Winner: There will be one (1) winner who will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Prizes winner may be required to verify his/her identity and age through the provision of an official photo ID such as a passport or driving license. 
  4. Prize:
    1. The prize consists of a Victorinox Airox Global Hardside Carry-on (612498) (Value TWD $11,800)
    2. Victorinox Taiwan Limited will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Victorinox Taiwan Limited reserves the right to substitute a particular prize for one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees.
    3. According to the income tax law, if the value of the prize exceeds TWD $1,000, the income will be included in the individual’s annual comprehensive income tax. If the total value of the prize exceeds TWD $20,000, 10% of the winning prize tax must be withheld; non-residents of Taiwan (nationals and foreigners who have lived in Taiwan for less than 183 days) Regardless of the amount received by the winner, 20% winning tax shall be deducted from winnings. Tax withholding does not exceed TWD$2,000, no withholding (not applicable to foreigners). If the winner refuses to pay the withholding tax upon notification by the sponsor, the winner will be deemed to have given up the winning rights.
  5. Claiming The Prize:
    1. The winner of the prize will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address provided via the registration form within fourteen (14) days of the end of the campaign period. In the email sent to the winner, he/she will be asked to provide his/her full name, a valid postal address and a telephone number so that the prize can be sent by post.
    2. The Organisers will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unavailable, or has not claimed their prize within fourteen (14) days of the prize notification email sent to them as set out in clause 5.1 and in accordance with the instructions set out therein, then their prize will be forfeited and the Organisers reserve the right to random selected an alternative winner.
    3. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within fourteen (14) days of confirmation by the winner of the information claimed in accordance with clause 5.1.
  6. Accept Official Terms And Conditions: By participating the campaign, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Victorinox Taiwan Limited, and you have agreed to receive information on this campaign. In case of any disputes, Victorinox Taiwan Limited reserves the right to the final decision.
  7. Use of Personal Data: Victorinox Taiwan Limited will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with their privacy policies. By participating in the campaign, participants hereby agree to Victorinox Taiwan Limited’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Victorinox Taiwan Limited 's privacy and content policies.
  8. Note To Winners: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Victorinox Taiwan Limited will use the winner's name or related information for any promotional purposes, advertising or other means in all media in any way, without restriction, without payment and notice.
  9. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or any of the Released Parties in connection with the Raffle shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Connecticut without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.
  10. Others: In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
